Sensex Ends 258 Points Higher, IOC Gains Over 4%

Among Nifty stocks, Indian Oil was the top gainer in Nifty, up 4.22 per cent followed by Hindalco, Bosch, Bharat Petroleum Corporation and Vedanta.
